This setup is a twist on the classic two-hook flapper: one snood sits immediately above the lead, so one hooks fish’s in the mid-water layers while the second works right on the seabed. With two hooks you can present multiple baits, intensify the scent trail, and lure a greater range of species. Staggering the snoods at different depths lets you cover mid-water feeders as well as bottom dwellers, giving you a real tactical edge.
Compatible with a wide range of baits – including worm, squid, and fish – this rig gives you the flexibility to experiment. A useful tip: try using different baits on each hook to see if the fish show a preference on the day.
