Making A Purchase
Purchasing is simple. Just explore our Catalogue, select the items you would like, and add them to your shopping cart. When you are ready, click “Checkout” and provide the brief information we need to process your order. Upon submitting your information we will then proceed to contact you via phone or email to complete your purchase.
We are committed to providing quality products at competitive prices from trusted suppliers. Our prices are regularly reviewed to ensure we provide our customers with good value at a competitive and fair price.
From time to time our prices may increase or decrease due to market forces outside of our control. There are many reasons that can affect prices from raw material cost, production schedules, exchange rates and transportation. These all lead to price increases or decreases.
Shipping And Handling
POSTAGE RATES
UK Mainland (Excluding Scottish Highlands)
- Standard next-day delivery up to 10kg – £12
- Standard next-day delivery from 11kg – 20kg – £16
- Standard next-day delivery from 21kg – 30kg – £20
- Next day delivery is available on orders placed before 12 noon (Monday – Thursday) Orders placed after 12 noon will be processed for the following day.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE
At Squids In SEA BAITS, we endeavour to process and dispatch your order as swiftly as possible. Orders placed before 12:00 PM are normally sent the same day. Our Next Working Day service aims to deliver on the following business day – please note that orders placed after 12:00 PM on Thursday will be processed and despatched on the following Monday, same for those orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday (or over the weekend). You can select which day you would prefer your order to arrive when we contact you for payment and confirmation of your order.
During periods of peak demand we may not be able to keep up with our normal despatch schedule so if your order is time critical please e-mail us at sales@squidsinseabaits.com to let us know that your order is urgent and we will respond as quickly as possible.
All delivery times are estimates only and Squids In SEA BAITS cannot guarantee delivery times due to any inconsistency, bad weather or other unavoidable problem with the carriers or the delivery partner.
If you feel that your order is overdue please e-mail sales@squidsinseabaits.com and we will investigate for you.
All next Working Day and large parcels will require a signature on delivery so please ensure that someone will be available at the delivery address to sign for the parcel.
Should we be unable to deliver your goods as agreed we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time. Should no alternative arrangements be possible a full refund will be made.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will either be emailed, or notified with the remainder of the order in the case of part orders, If you wish to cancel a part order please let us know by email sales@squidsinseabaits.com or by phone on 07368873039
Guarantee
Our aim is to always try and guarantee your satisfaction and to this end we endeavour to check that all items are correct before despatch. In the unlikely event that there is something wrong with the order we will try and rectify the problem as quickly as possible. If an item is found to be defective upon receipt we will replace it at our expense as soon as we receive the faulty item back. Warranty & Guarantee – Most of our products come with a full manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defect, normally for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please note this warranty only covers faults caused by manufacturing defect and will not cover any faults which are a result of neglect, misuse, modification or general wear and tear. If a product becomes faulty during use please contact us and we will advise you how to make a warranty claim. (This does not affect your statutory rights).
Complaints
If for any reason you are not totally happy with our goods or services and have a complaint, please email us at sales@squidsinseabaits.com. All complaints will be acknowledged personally, within 5 working days. We will endeavour to reach a solution with you within 7 working days. All complaints will be logged so that we can monitor them for internal usage only
